We loved this placed, one of the most amazing homes we’ve stayed in around the world. It’s custom built for a family and friends to enjoy the location and the outdoors. It’s just a stunning vacation home: the pool and surroundings are laid out to stay there all day long. Having the ceiling fans and air conditioning provide a great escape and a perfect sleep. The kitchen is great whether to cook for yourself or have Keita in to cook for you as a treat. The new jump rock/ladder just got completed and looks perfect for jumping in, access for snorkeling etc along the rocky coastline. Bring water shoes or something similar. House staff is very kind and reliable, they help you turn off your brain for a bit and not worry about anything. House is so quiet and tucked away, but just a short drive to restaurants like Pushcart which was great. Kids loved having the dogs around, and loved the lawn for playing soccer and football. My wife and I, along with 5 other couples stayed at Bill's Ripple property. It was absolutely stunning and the staff was excellent. It was the perfect place to start our day and wind down at sunset. The property is immaculate and the views are incredible. The 5th bedroom in the back felt a bit small, with no view, but the other 4 bedrooms were stunning. Bill’s place is fantastic! We had a last minute hotel issue and he was able to quickly accommodate us! The house is stunning and even better in person. You’re directly on the ocean and have a pool with a view of it all. Sweetest dogs on the property if you choose to hang with them. Also - THE STAFF! There’s security measures, BoBo who was helpful through everything, Colleen who was super helpful and accommodating and kind, wonderful drivers and more! Think of this as a hybrid AirBNB/hotel. It is private and off the beaten path, but there is an attendant who stays on the premises 24/7. Having him is great because he can cook for you, help you figure out transportation and so on, but the villa does lose a bit of the private feeling with that. It’s not a negative, and you can ask him to leave, just something to be aware of. The other thing to be aware of that this villa is a drive away from everything. So plan to take a taxi anywhere you need to go. Overall the space, the setting, and the amenities are truly stunning. It’s THE perfect place to relax with family or friends. AMAZING!!! From the moment I booked, Bill could not have been more helpful and communicative. He responded promptly and with all the info I needed, sharing additional images where necessary.We required some assistance arranging transfers etc which Bill was all over.Ahead of arrival we checked out his "guide" that was so helpful in arranging our itinerary.Pulling up to the house is wonderful, it is the most stunning property along the Negril coastline. On arrival, you are met by BoBo and Maxine, who are there with you throughout your entire stay. They are such wonderful people who welcome you, make you feel so comfortable and secure and assist with anything you need whilst there.The property is pristine and so beautifully appointed and designed. This is a dream house! Spotless place. I congratulate you Bill, this house´s view and location is one of the most beautiful Ive ever seen. Bill communicated with us throughout the trip making sure everything was going well, he also hooked us up with what we needed. BObo, the caretaker is THE MAN. He made sure we were having a good time and coordinated also with maids to have the place spotless. We do think it was a bit pricy at the beginning for Negril but honestly this place/home is just stunning. I think it was worth it. We had a blast!!! The host and the house employees were super nice. I dont have a single bad thing to say about the host or the house. Even though it looks really beautiful in the pictures, once you get there, you will see its even better!!!
